Take a big Bowl
Add wheat flour and one tablespoon oil
Add salt and spinach puree
Make a smooth dough this some water
Take a wok heat oil in it
Saute onion and garlic
Add boil Rajma soya sauce tomato sauce Chili sauce
Add chopped Bell paper
Mix well cook for two to five minutes
Keep aside for later use
For Falafel
Take grinder add Kabuli chana chilli powder chat masala powder lemon juice salt and bread crumb together
Grind it
Make a smooth dough with it
Heat oil
Make small balls with the dough
Fry these small balls
And keep aside
Heat 1 tablespoon oil
Saute garlic and onion in it
make small ball from green colour dough
Make a big Roti with this
Toast on tava both side some oil
Take one Roti apply Schezwan sauce on this
Put some Rajma mixture
To Falafel balls
Can add some lettuce leaf
Roll it properly seal with toothpick
Serve hot
